Online Hearings
Most counties are now conducting hearings by zoom (or some other video conferencing platform). At the time of your hearing, please enter the platform with your camera off and your microphone muted. There will likely be other matters on the docket, and the commissioner may call cases in any order. When your case is called, please turn your camera on but keep your microphone off unless instructed otherwise.
Friends and Family are not permitted to be on the platform with you. They can join the hearing from a separate device, and label themselves as an “observer”. They should keep their camera and audio off for the entire hearing.
NEVER appear with your children on zoom.
